Responsible for improving customer service, developing, implementing new promotions, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with VIP customers. Explains the benefits and privileges of using a player’s card. Explains promotions, programs, and any current giveaways to all guests. Greet guests, recognize frequent guests, and ensures that they have information on how to contact any host for future needs.
